KING, Elizabeth “Bette” (nee Sikkema) – 85, of Wyckoff passed away on January 3, 2017.
Born in Mountain View, New Jersey she was a long-time resident of Wayne before moving to Wyckoff in 2014.
She was a secretary/bookkeeper with the Township of Wayne and a member of the Preakness Valley United Reformed Church in Wayne.
Devoted mother of Gail Beverly and her husband Paul of Wayne, Garry Bakker of Pennsylvania and Kevin Bakker and his wife Kelly of Minnesota. Loving grandmother of eight and great-grandmother of several great-grandchildren.
All services were held privately by the family.
The family requests donations be made in Bette’s memory to the Eastern Christian School Association, Endowment Fund, 50 Oakwood Avenue, North Haledon, NJ 07508 or New Hope Community Ministries, 331 N. 11th Street, Prospect Park, NJ 07508.
