Seidell, Cathy (nee Libby) – 65, of Caldwell passed away on January 24, 2017.
Born in Queens, New York she has lived in Caldwell for the past 30 years. She graduated from Queens College with a B.S. in Nursing and prior to her retirement in 2016 she was a registered nurse working in hospice for Atlantic Home Care in Morristown. Cathy was a true dog lover but she especially adored her precious dog “Maggie”. A true “Mets Fan” Cathy also loved to read and play games like Scrabble.

Devoted mother of Thomas Seidell of Caldwell, Erica Seidell of Philadelphia and Elizabeth Seidell of Washington, DC. Dear sister of John Libby of New York City and David Libby of Colorado and pre-deceased by her sister, Dorothy Brian and her brother Leonard Libby.

Then family will receive family and friends on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Vander Plaat-Vermeulen Memorial Home, 530 High Mountain Road, Franklin Lakes. Funeral Services Friday 9:00 AM followed by a 10:00 AM Mass at St. Aloysius R.C. Church, 219 Bloomfield Avenue, Caldwell, NJ.
Interment Prospect Hill Cemetery, Caldwell.
