AMATO, Pasquale “Patrick” 79, of Fair Lawn passed away on March 26, 2018.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania he lived in Elmwood Park before moving to Fair Lawn 5 years ago. He served his country honorably in the United States Army and prior to his retirement he was an accountant with Western Electric/ AT&T in Kearny.
Beloved father of Patrick (Marcela) Amato of New York and Susan (P.J.) Mc Gowan of Franklin Lakes.
Devoted grandfather of Kate and Clare.
Loving brother of Shirley Panetta and pre-deceased by Vivien, Mary, Pauline, Anna, Carmela, Anthony and Lucian.
The family will receive family and friends on Thursday from 4:00-5:30 pm followed by a 5:30 pm service at Vander Plaat-Vermeulen Memorial Home, 530 High Mountain Road, Franklin Lakes
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Patrick’s memory to the Fair Lawn Rescue Squad, 16-01 Romaine Street, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410
