HARKINS, Maryann E. (nee Obiurka )- 74 of Franklin Lakes passed away on April 30, 2018. Born in Bellville she lived in Wyckoff before moving to Franklin Lakes in 1993. She was a parishioner of Most Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church in Franklin Lakes and a member of the Dames of Mary Help of Christians. Maryann was an avid Yankees and Giants fan.

Beloved wife of 47 years of Robert Harkins of Franklin Lakes. Devoted mother of Elizabeth Harkins of Franklin Lakes, Kathaleen DeNero and her husband Andrew of Oakland, Caroljeanne Rivas and her husband Luis of Lakeland, Florida and Robert Andrew Harkins of Bloomfield. Loving grandmother of Dylan and Kayla DeNero. Dear sister of Stanley Philip Obiurka of Belleville and Paula Croson of Delaware. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive family and friends on Wednesday from 3-8 pm at Vander Plaat-Vermeulen Memorial Home, 530 High Mountain Road, Franklin Lakes. Funeral Services Thursday 9:30 am at the funeral home followed by a 10 am Mass at Most Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church.

Interment Christ The King Cemetery.
